Well, it’s the moment all BlackBerry fans having been waiting for, the announcement of the BlackBerry 10 devices. The new BlackBerry 10 handsets are the BlackBerry Z10 and Q10.
Both smartphones are identical on the inside, but different when it comes to screens and keyboards. The Q10 will have the famous QWERTY keyboard giving the handset a smaller display at 3.1 inches while the Z10 has a 4.2″ display with a virtual touch screen keyboard.
Below are specifications for both the BlackBerry Z10 and Q10:
- 4.2-inch LCD display with 1280 x 768 resolution (Z10)
- 1.5 GHz dual-core CPU
- 2 GB of RAM
- 8 megapixel rear camera with LED flash
- 2 megapixel front-facing camera
- 1800 mAh Li-lon battery (removable)
- 32 GB of storage
The BlackBerry Z10 will be the first of the two smartphones to arrive starting in the UK tomorrow. Canada will be second on the list starting February 5th and then UAE starting the 10th of February.
All four major carriers Verizon, AT&T, Sprint and T-Mobile have announced that they will be carrying the BlackBerry Z10, but no release dates as of yet.
